Alakaloids are a group of chemicals that occur in the bodies of plants, fungi and animals. Alkaloids are significant for their physiological effects on the human body. They affect the functioning of the nervous system in a variety of ways. Thus, we can divide them into several main groups: Euphorics cause bliss and euphoria, hypnotics with soothing effects and analgesics that relieve pain of a psychological and physical nature.
