Gaia is the name of the goddess of the Earth according to the original Greek mythology. Today this name is associated with the planet Earth itself. It is said to be her consciousness or soul. Gaia is thus considered to be a living intelligence materialized in the form of the planet Earth, which is capable of perception. The origin of life on Earth is therefore not accidental, but it is the intention of this original intelligence to create something living, and then to keep it alive. The original civilizations worshipped this intelligence, even giving it many gifts and sacrifices in the form of hunted game, fruits and other food.
