HISTORY

For over 6,000 years, Maca has been regularly consumed by local natives. It is used as a stimulant and mood stimulant, helping to survive in adverse alpine conditions. It is also known for its aphrodisiac effects, which allowed local natives to reproduce effectively despite the suboptimal environment.
