This meditation is based on the ancient principles of kundalini and kriya yoga, which aim to bring more coherent life energy (prana) into the spinal channel - the central axis of our being. By awakening it, directing it upward and integrating it into the higher energy centers, a profound inner shift occurs that carries the potential to lead one out of suffering into an experience of spiritual freedom.

The increased coherence of these centers is reflected in all levels of being:

  • in the body: better cell regeneration, support of digestion, harmonization of the hormonal system;
  • In the mind: clarity of thought, the ability to discern and make decisions in accordance with inner truth;
  • in spirit: a deeper experience of meaning, greater inner peace and a sense of harmony with life.

The degree of coherence of the energy centers directly reflects the level of our consciousness. The higher this level is, the better the quality of our life.

Meditation for every moment and for each of us

This meditation is designed to benefit both beginners and advanced practitioners.

The basic structure of meditation:

  1. A subtle connection to your own breath
  2. Harmonisation of energy centres
  3. Breath through the central channel (sushumna)
  4. Integration of newly cultivated energy into the whole body

Beginners only need a basic orientation in the location of the individual energy centres - the guided voice of the author will take care of everything else.

When and how to use meditation?

Meditation can be practiced at any time of the day - in the morning to tune in, in the evening to harmonize, or whenever you feel the need to reconnect with your center.

It is suitable for both quiet practice on its own and in combination with our herbal allies, such as ceremonial cacao , a gentle heart field activator, which you will find next to it on our shelf.

Knowledge as a precursor for experience

The meditation also includes a brief guide that serves as a basic map for orientation in the location of the individual energy centres, their meaning and functions. You will also find clear information about our energy system and the basics of breath work.

It also contains a chapter for advanced practitioners, showing how one can further deepen one's experience by consciously engaging the energy locks(bandhas), thus promoting the circulation of life-giving prana to even deeper layers of the self.

At the end of the guide you will also find several scientific studies and measurements that chart the effects of this meditation technique on human biofields - in black and white, for those who like to work with objective data.

“Because a basic understanding of how to work with energy gives meaning to our actions. And where there is meaning, there is also greater motivation and determination, which brings with it the potential for an even deeper experience.”

About the author: Jakub Kubečka

Jakub Kubečka is an explorer of consciousness, whose path was paved from the very beginning by a fascination with altered states of mind and their healing and evolutionary potential. Early experiences led him to deeper questions of human existence, and when he did not find sufficient answers in his studies of academic psychology, he immersed himself in traditional spiritual systems, the world of plants and shamanism. Out of these encounters came the Gaia Store project - a platform connecting natural wisdom with modern man.

Outside of the plant world, Jakub has been intensively and deeply committed to meditation practice for many years. His approach is a synthesis of traditional and modern movements: from Indian Kundalini Yoga to Tibetan techniques, Chinese Qigong to contemporary neuroscientific approaches. He draws inspiration from traditional masters as well as modern teachers such as Joe Dispenza, Stanislav Grof and Sue Morter.

He believes that the true transformation of today's man comes from the integration of ancient wisdom with modern understanding of mind, body and nature. His lectures, meditations and retreats are expressions of this synthesis: a deep respect for tradition, an openness to the new and, above all, a desire to provide tools for inner cultivation, self-knowledge and service to life.
