Coconut is one of the miraculous superfoods that does not stand out only for its content of important nutrients and minerals (it is a source of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B6, E, K and a number of amino acids) it also contains a high proportion of so-called MCT fats, which are considered a quality and fast source of energy – they support cognitive functions of the brain, improve the functioning of the pancreas and liver.
Thanks to its unique and seductive taste, it is one of the favorite additions to almost every healthy diet and is a must in the production of Asian dishes. Our coconut milk is created by mixing and then dehydrating the coconut pulp, it is 100% natural, contains 97% of the coconut component, the rest are natural starch and fiber, which help maintain long-term shelf life, thus gaining an advantage over ordinary liquid milk. Milk is in powder form, it can be easily dissolved in water or other liquids and desserts.
Preparation:
To prepare a thicker creamy milk – coconut cream, mix 3 tablespoons in approx. 150 ml of lukewarm water.
To prepare a less fatty coconut milk, mix 1 and a half tablespoons in approx. 150 ml of lukewarm water.
One tablespoon corresponds to approximately 6 g of powder.
