Peruvian Maca or Lipidium meyenii, also known as Peruvian ginseng, is because of its high content of beneficial substances one of the most popular superfoods. Thanks to many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, it nourishes and optimizes the whole organism. It drives away hunger, promotes vitality and acts as a prevention of diseases. It also contains a high content of substances affecting the nervous system and is also widely used as a stimulant, mood modulator or aphrodisiac.
Dosage:
Pour 3 grams of powder (one level teaspoon) with 250 ml of hot liquid – we recommend using milk or water, and mix. It can be flavored with sugar or honey. The powder can also be added to yoghurts, muesli, smoothies and other foods. Combination with Cocoa powder or Ashwagandha is suitable.
