Sacha Inchi

Sacha Inchi, in Latin Plukenetia volubilis L., is a climbing species originally found in South America. The fruits of this plant have been used here for centuries and have become not only an excellent delicacy but also an exceptional superfood. They contain a unique amount of healthy nutrients – the ideal ratio of omega fatty acids, high amounts of protein, fiber, vitamins A, E and a number of building elements such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, iodine, amino acids, sterols and tocopherols.

Seeds, by its unique composition, has a complex effect on the whole organism. Particularly appreciated are the effects on the brain, heart, metabolism and skin. The substances contained in the seeds increase the amount of acetylcholine in the brain, improving the performance of the nervous system in terms of memory, attention, and logical thinking.
