Cordyceps sinensis is one of the most important medicinal mushrooms of traditional Chinese medicine. It was known not only as a remedy for diseases of all kinds, it also served as a revitalizing agent for harmonizing body and spirit.
Cordyceps is a rich source of beta-glucans, minerals, trace elements and vitamins that support human immunity and strengthen the functions of individual organ systems.
Popular are its stimulating effects on the body – Cordyceps relieves fatigue and improves physical and mental condition. It also helps oxygenate the body and is thus a popular supplement for many athletes.
Cordyceps extract is used in the amount of 0.5 g – 1g per dose. We recommend taking it once or twice a day. The extract has a slightly bitter taste, so it is suitable to dissolve it in cocoa, coffee, tea or another favorite drink. We recommend flavoring with milk or honey. The extract can also be mixed into dishes such as yogurt, porridge or smoothie.
