Description of the plant
Kanna, in Latin Sceletium tortuosum, is a plant from the South African continent where it has been used as a natural antidepressant since prehistoric times. It can reliably stimulate, elevate mood and relieve anxiety, stress, and depression. It is an ideal aid in case of excessive strain on the organism.
The plant is also a suitable aid for socialization. It effectively breaks down barriers, making the user more open, friendly and communicative. All this while maintaining full alertness, without loss of attention, as with other products with similar effects. Recent studies even confirm that Kanna has nootropic properties – it improves the cognitive functions of the nervous system.
