To maximize your gourmet experience, we recommend soaking these dried mangoes for a few hours, e.g. in our coconut milkor yoghurt. This will soften the mango and make it almost indistinguishable from freshly picked mangoes from exotic destinations.
In dried fruit, natural sugars can crystallise and form a coating. This natural process does not diminish the quality of the fruit, but rather indicates that it has not been chemically treated.
