However, each has a slightly different mechanism of action, so it is advisable to think in the context of the individual body's needs when choosing the right variant.
Magnesium bisglycinate
It acts primarily on our muscular system - it helps to release tension in the muscles, promotes overall relaxation of the body, reduces cortisol levels. This sedative action also, in a way, dampens our nervous system, promoting a smooth transition into deep sleep.
It is recommended to take it after strenuous physical activity to relax the body and support the regeneration and recovery of muscle tissues.
Magnesium l-threonate
It acts primarily on our nervous system - improving cognitive function, reducing anxiety and calming the nervous system. This mechanism has a direct effect on our ability to relax into sleep and fall asleep more easily.

Recommended dosage
