Dosage:
Reishi in the form of extract is taken in the amount of 0.5 g - 1 g per dose. We recommend to take 1x - 2x a day. The extract has a slightly bitter taste, so it is advisable to dissolve it in cacao, coffee, tea or other favorite beverage. It is recommended to flavour with milk or honey. The extract can also be added to dishes such as yoghurt, porridge or smoothies.
