Which countries do you ship to? What shipping options do you offer?

We ship to almost all EU countries, Switzerland, England, as well as Israel and the USA.

If you want to find out whether we deliver to your location, the easiest way is to add any product to your shopping cart and go to the shopping cart or checkout page, where you will find all the destinations we currently deliver to in the Country field.

You can also find the current list of all countries and shipping options, including delivery prices , here.

Is this product legal in my state? Do you ship products to states where their legality is problematic?

Please note that we are unable to keep records of the legality of our products in all countries to which we ship. It is therefore the recipient's responsibility to find out whether the product they intend to purchase is legal in their country. If the shipment is detained for legislative reasons, the customer bears full responsibility and is liable for all consequences.

How can I track the status of my order?

What payment options do you offer?

We currently offer secure card payments, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency payments.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available only to customers from the Czech Republic and Slovakia for orders over CZK 1,500 / EUR 50.

What do the abbreviations PP and HD mean in transport methods?

PP - Parcel Point, delivery to a pickup point

HD - Home Delivery, delivery to your home address
