Sacha Inchi (Latin: Plukenetia volubilis L.) is a climbing tree natively found in South America. The fruits of this plant have been used here for centuries and have become not only an excellent delicacy, but also an exceptional superfood. They contain a completely unique amount of health-promoting nutrients – an ideal ratio of omega fatty acids, a high amount of protein, fiber, vitamins A, E and a number of building blocks such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, iodine, amino acids, sterols and tocopherols.
With their unique composition, the seeds have a complex effect on the whole organism. The effects on the brain, heart, metabolism and skin are particularly appreciated. The substances contained in the seeds increase the amount of acetylcholine in the brain, which improves the performance of the nervous system. They improve the ability to remember, pay attention and logical thinking skills.
They are also a source of tryptophan – a precursor to serotonin. They improve mood and relieve excess stress and anxiety and help with insomnia and other sleep disorders. Seeds should therefore be used in a period of demanding mental and physical exhaustion. Students, managers and individuals with cognitive deficits are appreciated.
Dosage:
