Ashwagandha, Latin Whitania somnifera, or Indian ginseng is one of the most valuable jewels of traditional Ayurvedic medicine. For centuries, it has been regularly used for its beneficial effects on the whole organism. It serves as a tonic and life stimulant, improves mood, relieves stress and can also improve cognitive function. It is no coincidence that it is compared to ginseng – it also acts as a stimulant and aphrodisiac. Due to the high amount of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, it is used as an adaptogen – it supports the overall optimization of the body and is an effective prevention against the development of disease.
Dosage:
Powder in the amount of 3 grams (one aligned teaspoon) pour 250 ml of hot liquid – it is recommended to use milk or water, and stir. Can be flavored with sugar or honey. The powder can also be added to yogurts, muesli, smoothies and other foods. A combination with Peruvian Maca and Cocoa Powder is suitable.
